How to login using a Upscale Authenticator

1.      Navigate to https://app.upscaleassessment.com/  Please have your pc AND phone ready and the Microsoft authenticator installed.

      2.      Make sure your institution is set to the correct one for your school. Please get this from an instructor or your advisor.

             

3.      Click on Forgot Password.

          


4.      Type your email in the Box and press Submit.

       

 

5.      There will be a link sent to your email. Use that link to create your password.

6.      Close ALL upscale assessment tabs. If you have multiple tabs open going forward you will have issues.

7.      Navigate to https://app.upscaleassessment.com/

8.      Type in your email and password.

      9. On the authenticator setup page click "Have a barcode from an Upscale Authenticator" 
       
        10. You will be presented with the screen below. The barcode will be the numbers on the back of the device that starts with FLX. The verification code will be the numeric 6 digit code that will appear when you                   press the button on the authenticator device. Once your done press "Verify".
             

   11.  Your authenticator is now setup!! That was a one time step.

      

     12.  Now you should be back at the login screen. Type your username and password in, and press login.

      

13  Press the button on the front of the authenticator device to get your 6 digit code.        

14. Enter the for digit code and press "Log in"

 

22.  Type the code in here and press log in.   

       

 

 

Troubleshooting

•      If you do not see a QR code and you do not have an upscale assessment entry in your authenticator,  create a ticket here and ask us to reset it for you.
