How to login

1.      Navigate to https://app.upscaleassessment.com/  Please have your pc AND phone ready and the Microsoft authenticator installed.

      2.      Make sure your institution is set to the correct one for your school. Please get this from an instructor or your advisor.

             

3.      Click on Forgot Password.

          


4.      Type your email in the Box and press Submit.

       

 

5.      There will be a link sent to your email. Use that link to create your password.

6.      Close ALL upscale assessment tabs. If you have multiple tabs open going forward you will have issues.

7.      Navigate to https://app.upscaleassessment.com/

8.      Type in your email and password.

9.      You will now be presented with a QR code. DO NOT SCAN THE QR CODE FROM THE PICTURE BELOW. SCAN THE ONE ON YOUR SCREEN.


            


 

10.  On your authenticator app press the + in the top right corner.

            

11.  Click on work or school account

             

12.  Click Scan a QR code

   

13.  Scan the code that is now on your computer screen. 

14.  You should now have an upscale assessment entry with your email. If you do not see your email then you scanned the wrong QR code. 

       

15.  Click on the upscale assessment entry.

       

16.  You will now see a revolving 6 digit code. The timer does not always start at 0.  

        

17.  Type the code in here and press log in.  

  

18.  Your authenticator is now setup!! That was a one time step.

      

19.  Now you should be back at the login screen. Type your username and password in, and press login.

 

20.  Click on the upscale assessment entry in your authenticator app.

        

21.  You will now see a revolving 6 digit code. The timer does not always start at 0.  

 

22.  Type the code in here and press log in.   

       

 

 

Troubleshooting

      If you do not see a QR code and you do not have an upscale assessment entry in your authenticator,  create a ticket here and ask us to reset it for you.

      If your getting invalid code, make sure your using the correct upscale assessment entry and it has your email listed. To fix this you can delete your old entry in your phone. Then create a ticket here and ask us to reset it for you.

Then you will have the ability to rescan the new code.
