We have a new way to help chart calculus removal in the process evaluations and care assessments. 

You can add one or more errors per quad.

The errors and points lost will be automatically calculated.

This can be setup in the Process Evaluations Sub-Categories by checking "Use Tooth Chart". The point type must be earn or lose points.
